Trip Options and Rates

2025 Rates--Applicable to all trips booked AFTER 1/1/2025: Please book you trip as far in advance as possible to guarantee prime dates and availability--during the peak of the season last minute availability is extremely limited and on a first-come-first-serve basis. It is encouraged to plan at least 4-8 weeks in advance. PLEASE CONTACT US for last minute availability--we will be happy to refer you to another service if we cannot accommodate your party. Typically it is best to contact us via email with your questions and preferred dates to guarantee a prompt response--during the peak of the season response times may be greater.

Trophy lake trout offshore fishing trips
- Catch and release only to protect this unique fishery and promote quality fishing
Trips average 10 hours dock to dock
- Early morning departures
- On average 1 1/2 hour boat ride each way
- Typically average 7 hours fishing time (weather dependent)
- Schedule subject to weather conditions
$2200 per trip--up to 4 passengers MAX
All tackle provided
Guests must have a current MI fishing license

BOOKING POLICY: If it is not safe or reasonable (at the professional discretion of your captain) to make the 40 mile trip offshore, we will take advantage of the Keweenaw's great nearshore fishing instead. Reality is that we have as many "no go" days as "go" days. We ask our clients to be understanding of this reality and prepared to make the most of our day on the water, even in the event that we must fish closer to shore. Weather permitting, our backup plan to Stannard Rock will be a full day nearshore (nearshore rates above).

$650 for up to 4 fishermen

Includes on ice transportation if required
Heated portable shelters provided
Local waters only (within a 30-minute drive from Houghton, MI; Lake Superior trips excluded)
