Refund/Cancellation Policy

Sorry, all sales are final. Merchandise may not be returned for any reason, under any circumstances. Prepaid trips are non-refundable but may be transferred and do not expire. Trip deposits are subject to our cancellation policy, below.

Cancellations can be made for a refund of your deposit (less 5% for credit card processing fees) up to 30 days before your scheduled trip. Within 30 days of your scheduled trip your deposit is not refundable for any reason should you need to cancel your trip. Subject to Keweenaw Charters' availability, it may be possible to reschedule your trip within the same season vs. forfeiting your deposit (not guaranteed). In the event of unsafe or unfishable weather or any other circumstances requiring cancellation of your trip (at the sole discretion of your captain), you will have the option to choose between a refund (less 5% for credit card processing fees) of your deposit or rescheduling your trip within the same season.
